Switching to better pays: - The better the salaries, the better are the chances of getting the best. Hence, many people keep struggling and juggling their jobs to get the ultimate share of pay for themselves, thus quitting jobs.

Despite having a good investment track record, if a person does not have years of experience or some good word about him in the market, it is difficult to get on and make a name. Thus, often one’s advice often gets disregarded by employers due to less age and relative inexperience, making many look out for other jobs.

No communication skills: - You, as a representative to the company must have all the basic requisites of answering every question put forward to you by the client, person and you must know how to answer it and gain their confidence. Many people falter with their social skills, thus missing out on promotions, feeling frustrated and quit their jobs.

Be it whatever job, it is necessary that you love doing it and know for sure your future lies in your decision.
